Therefore, there are higher requirements for component selection and process use. However, its advantages are also evident, favoring automated operation, good cooling effect, no scaling, improved surface quality of castings, reduced internal porosity, safe use, clean production, and reduced environmental pollution.

Precautions for using precast box girder release agent:
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate), and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can also be adjusted according to on-site needs. Try to use the diluted mixture all at once.
2. Apply using a spray gun or roller brush. After applying the precast box girder release agent, wait until the model is completely dry before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the surface of the formwork or model before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. After opening, ensure the container is sealed and stored properly.
5. Avoid construction during rain. If the applied agent is washed away by rain, reapply before proceeding.
