The aluminum magnesium release agent is resistant to acid, alkali, and hard water, highly water-soluble, and has stable emulsion stability. It can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, demulsification, or clumping. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and excellent dispersibility. It is used for demolding in industries such as aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, metal, and plastics. The aluminum magnesium release agent gives the demolded products a smooth, wear-resistant, and non-sticky surface with a pleasant feel.

Aluminum Magnesium Release Agent: Mainly composed of imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. It is colorless, odorless, non-polluting, and leaves the product surface smooth and flat without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of the finished product. It facilitates easy demolding without damaging the mold. The aluminum magnesium release agent is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. It can be diluted with water at a ratio of 3-10 times. It is suitable for anti-adhesion treatment on the surface of various cement product molds, ensuring easy demolding without damaging the mold. Generally, the more complex the casting, the lower the dilution ratio.

The main components of aluminum magnesium release agent include paraffin, stearic acid, vegetable oil, co-emulsifiers, potassium hydroxide, etc., produced through heating, melting, and emulsification processes. It is characterized by safe operation, minimal environmental pollution, low harm to human health, excellent demolding effects, and biodegradability.

When using the aluminum magnesium release agent, it is recommended to dilute it with tap water and stir. The appropriate dilution ratio should be determined based on the complexity of the casting and on-site conditions. For complex castings, it is advised to spray a uniform layer of diluted solution on the mold after each demolding to ensure easy demolding for the next pouring.

The color of the aluminum magnesium release agent is milky white. This type of aluminum magnesium release agent is usually composed of silicone oil, synthetic lubricating grease, additives, and surfactants, presenting as a milky white emulsion. It has good isolation properties, effectively preventing materials like concrete from adhering to the formwork during demolding, while making the concrete surface smooth, bright, and free of pores and bubbles, extending the life of the formwork. The usage methods include diluting and then wiping, brushing, or spraying onto the mold surface, followed by pouring the molten material into the mold.
