Silicone release agent is a novel product specifically designed for demolding in the production of silicone rubber parts, trademark rubber molds, and silicone keypads. It features excellent release performance, a smooth product surface, and non-contaminating properties. Its main components include silicone oil and special surfactants, characterized by being colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and harmless to humans.

Precautions

Storage Conditions: Avoid high temperatures, direct sunlight, and keep away from fire sources, strong acidic substances, metal oxides, amines, and flammable materials. Store in a well-ventilated area at room temperature (preferably below 25°C).

Dosage Ratio: Strictly control the dosage ratio. Excessive use may cause blooming, affecting appearance. If blooming occurs, it can be eliminated by methods such as boiling in water or secondary vulcanization.
