Resin release agent refers to a substance applied to construction formwork before concrete pouring to prevent the formwork from sticking to the concrete surface after pouring, making it difficult to demold, or affecting the smoothness of the concrete surface. Its main function is to form a film between the formwork and the concrete surface, isolating the two, hence it is also known as a parting agent. Resin Release Agent: Primarily composed of imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. The resin release agent is colorless, odorless, non-polluting, and results in smooth and flat product surfaces without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of the finished product. It facilitates easy demolding without damaging the formwork and is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. The resin release agent can be diluted with water at a ratio of 3-10 times. It is suitable for anti-stick surface treatment of various cement product molds, ensuring easy demolding without damaging the molds. It is also used for anti-stick isolation treatment of gypsum mold surfaces, surface treatment of magnesium oxide product molds, surface treatment of lime product molds, and other water-diluted or water-mixed product surface treatments. The resin release agent offers excellent demolding effects and release isolation properties. It has a low comprehensive cost, leaves no honeycomb pores or grease on the surface, is colorless and non-yellowing, and has no irritating odor.

Resin release agent is a functional substance that exists between the mold and the finished product. It has chemical resistance and is not dissolved when in contact with the chemical components of different resins (especially styrene and amines). The resin release agent also possesses heat and stress resistance, making it less prone to decomposition or wear. It adheres to the mold without transferring to the processed part, and does not interfere with spraying or other secondary processing operations. Due to the rapid development of processes such as injection molding, extrusion, calendering, molding, and lamination, the usage of resin release agents has significantly increased.

Usage Method of Resin Release Agent:

1. Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:5.

2. Clean the formwork thoroughly before application.

3. Stir the product evenly and apply it to the formwork using a spray gun or brush.

Precautions for Resin Release Agent:

1. The product is particularly slippery; use caution during application to prevent leaks and slips.

2. Avoid application on rainy days, but once dried, it is rain-resistant.

3. Do not store under direct sunlight.

Performance Characteristics of Resin Release Agent:

The resin release agent is resistant to acids, alkalis, and hard water, highly water-soluble, and has stable emulsion properties. It can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, breaking emulsion, or clumping. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and excellent dispersibility. It is used for demolding in industries such as aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, metal, and plastics. The resin release agent gives the demolded products a smooth feel, slip resistance, wear resistance, and anti-adhesion properties.
