Polyurethane internal release agent combines the characteristics of similar domestic and international products. It is a viscous emulsion synthesized through advanced molecular synthesis technology using high molecular polymers and various chemically active substances via a special process. It offers advantages such as fast film formation and easy stripping. Polyurethane internal release agent is widely applicable in large cement bridge plants, highways, bridges, tracks, subway segments, cement pipe factories, high-rise building concrete aluminum formwork construction, steel formwork construction, wood formwork construction, bamboo plywood forms, resin molds, and ground molds.

Polyurethane Internal Release Agent: Primarily composed of imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. It is colorless, odorless, and non-polluting, resulting in smooth and flat product surfaces without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of finished products. Demolding is convenient and does not damage the formwork. Polyurethane internal release agent is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wood molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. It can be diluted 3-10 times with water. It is suitable for anti-adhesion treatment on various cement product mold surfaces, ensuring easy demolding without damaging the molds. It is also used for anti-adhesion and isolation treatment on石膏 mold surfaces, surface treatment of magnesium oxide product molds, surface treatment of lime product molds, and other water-diluted or water-mixed product surface treatments. Polyurethane internal release agent offers excellent demolding effects and release isolation performance. Specific Formulation Example

‌Paraffin, stearic acid, vegetable oil, co-emulsifier, potassium hydroxide, etc.‌

Heat paraffin, stearic acid, co-emulsifier, and auxiliary oily raw materials to 60～80°C until melted. Then heat water, alkaline agents, and auxiliary aqueous raw materials to 80～90°C. Slowly add the aqueous phase to the oil phase under vigorous stirring, stir until room temperature, and obtain a white oil-in-water emulsion.

‌Polyurethane Internal Release Agent‌

The formulation includes emulsified wax liquid 10%～15%, methyl silicone oil emulsion 15%～20%, modified silicone oil emulsion 5%～8%, deionized water 50%～55%, emulsifier 4.5%～6%, additives 0.5%～1%, preservative 0.3%～0.5%.
