Its main function is to form a film between the template and the concrete surface, isolating the two, hence it is also known as a隔离剂 (isolation agent). Precautions for Using Environmentally Friendly Release Agents
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate), and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to on-site needs; try to use the diluted mixture all at once.
2. Apply with a spray gun or roller brush. After applying the environmentally friendly release agent, wait until it is completely dry before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the surface of the template or mold before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. After opening, ensure the container is sealed and stored properly.
5. Avoid construction during rain. If rain washes away the freshly applied coating, reapply before proceeding.
