Cement demolding agent is a specially designed coating applied to mold surfaces. Its function is to form a release film between the mold and the cast object, facilitating easy removal of the cast part from the mold.

Cement demolding agent combines the characteristics of similar domestic and international products. It is a viscous emulsion synthesized through advanced molecular synthesis technology using high-molecular polymers and various chemically active substances. It offers fast film formation and easy stripping. Cement demolding agent is widely applicable in large cement bridge factories, highways, bridges, tracks, subway segments, cement pipe factories, high-rise building concrete aluminum formwork construction, steel formwork construction, wood formwork construction, bamboo plywood forms, resin forms, and ground molds.
Performance Features
Cement demolding agent forms films quickly and facilitates easy demolding; it has obvious defoaming effects on concrete interfaces, resulting in a smooth surface with no residue; it is waterproof, rust-proof, and significantly extends the service life of templates and molds; it is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and easy to store; it can be used directly after dilution with water, offering low cost and convenience.

Cement demolding agent is also a water-soluble cement demolding agent, meaning its internal components are completely soluble in water. Emulsions of compounds such as methyl silicone oil are commonly used in industry. The emulsion is water-soluble and provides high heat resistance, easy cleaning, good corrosion and fire resistance, minimal environmental pollution, and relatively safe transportation and storage.

Due to its high water content, water-based cement demolding agent differs in many aspects from traditional oil-based or solvent-based cement demolding agents. The demolding effect of cement demolding agent depends on a film only a few micrometers thick deposited on the cavity surface after spraying. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on component selection and process application. However, its advantages are also evident, including facilitating automated operation, effective cooling, no scaling, improved surface quality of castings, reduced internal pores, safe usage, clean production, and reduced environmental pollution.
