Paraffin wax, stearic acid, vegetable oil, co-emulsifier, potassium hydroxide, etc.

Heat paraffin wax, stearic acid, co-emulsifier, and auxiliary oily raw materials to 60–80°C to melt. Then heat water, alkaline agents, and auxiliary aqueous raw materials to 80–90°C. Slowly add the aqueous phase to the oil phase under vigorous stirring. Stir until room temperature to obtain a white oil-in-water emulsion.

The formulation includes emulsified wax liquid 10%–15%, methyl silicone oil emulsion 15%–20%, modified silicone oil emulsion 5%–8%, deionized water 50%–55%, emulsifier 4.5%–6%, additives 0.5%–1%, preservatives 0.3%–0.5%.
