Aluminum casting release agents possess high tensile strength, making them resistant to polishing when frequently in contact with molded resins. This is particularly true when the resin contains abrasive mineral fillers or glass fiber reinforcements. Aluminum casting release agents are chemically resistant and do not dissolve when exposed to the chemical components of various resins, especially styrene and amines. They also exhibit heat and stress resistance, are not prone to decomposition or wear, adhere to the mold without transferring to the processed part, and do not interfere with painting or other secondary processing operations.

Performance Requirements

The function of an aluminum casting release agent is to smoothly separate the cured product from the mold, resulting in a smooth and flat product while ensuring the mold can be used multiple times. Specific performance requirements are as follows:

1. Release performance (lubricity). Forms a uniform film and ensures dimensional accuracy even for complex-shaped molded parts.

2. Consistent release performance.

3. The surface of the molded part is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, without attracting dust due to the application of a sticky aluminum casting release agent.

4. Excellent secondary processability. When the release agent transfers to the molded part, it has no adverse effects on processes such as electroplating, hot pressing, printing, coating, or bonding.

5. Easy application.

8. Good molding performance and high production efficiency.

9. High stability. Physically and chemically stable when used with compounding agents and materials.

Performance Characteristics of Aluminum Casting Release Agent:

Aluminum casting release agents are resistant to acids, alkalis, and hard water, highly water-soluble, and have stable emulsions. They can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, breaking, or clumping, have a long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility. They are used for release in aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, metal, plastic, and other industries. Aluminum casting release agents provide the released product with a smooth, wear-resistant, and anti-stick surface feel.

Precautions for Using Aluminum Casting Release Agent
1. Dilute with water and mix thoroughly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to on-site needs, and the diluted mixture should be used up as much as possible in one go.
2. Apply using a spray gun or roller brush. Allow the mold coated with the aluminum casting release agent to dry completely before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the template or mold surface before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight, and ensure the container is sealed after opening.
5. Avoid application during rainy conditions. If rain washes away the freshly applied agent, reapply before proceeding.
6. Packaging specification: 50KG drum.

Usage Method for Aluminum Casting Release Agent:

1. Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:5.

2. Clean the template thoroughly before application.

3. Mix the product well and apply it to the template using a spray gun or brush.
