Performance Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Casting Release Agent:

Aluminum alloy casting release agent is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, hard water-resistant, highly water-soluble, and has stable emulsion. It can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, demulsification, or caking. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and excellent dispersibility. It is used for demolding in industries such as aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, hardware, and plastics. The aluminum alloy casting release agent gives the demolded product a smooth, wear-resistant, and anti-adhesive surface with a pleasant feel.

4. Stability: No layering, no demulsification, no caking.

Usage Precautions for Aluminum Alloy Casting Release Agent
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate) and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to on-site requirements. It is advisable to use the diluted solution all at once.
2. Apply using a spray gun or roller brush. After applying the aluminum alloy casting release agent, wait until the mold is completely dry before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the surface of the template or mold before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. After opening, ensure the container is sealed and stored properly.
5. Avoid construction during rainy weather. If the applied coating is washed away by rain, reapply before proceeding with construction.
