Gypsum Product Release Agent: Primarily compounded from imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. The gypsum product release agent is colorless, odorless, and pollution-free, resulting in smooth and even product surfaces without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of the finished product. It facilitates easy demolding without damaging the mold. The gypsum product release agent is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. It can be diluted with water at a ratio of 3-10 times. The gypsum product release agent is suitable for anti-stick treatment on the surfaces of various cement product molds, ensuring easy demolding without damaging the mold. It is also used for anti-stick isolation treatment on gypsum mold surfaces, surface treatment of magnesium oxide product molds, lime product molds, and other water-diluted or water-mixed product surfaces. The gypsum product release agent offers excellent demolding effects and release isolation properties. It has a low comprehensive cost, leaves no honeycomb pores or grease on the surface, is colorless and non-yellowing, and has no irritating odor.

The gypsum product release agent is a specially designed coating for mold surfaces. Its function is to form an isolation film between the mold and the cast object, allowing the cast part to be easily demolded.

The mixing ratio of the gypsum product release agent to water typically ranges from 1:3 to 1:10, and the specific ratio can be adjusted based on actual needs. For example, depending on the complexity of the cast part and on-site conditions, the dilution ratio can be flexibly adjusted. Generally, the more complex the cast part, the lower the dilution ratio.

The main components of the gypsum product release agent include paraffin, stearic acid, vegetable oil, co-emulsifiers, potassium hydroxide, etc., produced through heating, melting, and emulsification processes. Its characteristics include safe operation, minimal environmental pollution, low harm to human health, excellent demolding effects, and biodegradability.

When using the gypsum product release agent, it is recommended to dilute it with tap water and stir. Determine the appropriate dilution ratio based on the complexity of the cast part and on-site conditions. For complex cast parts, it is advisable to spray a uniform layer of the diluted solution onto the mold after each demolding to ensure easy demolding for the next casting.

Precautions for Using Gypsum Product Release Agent
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate), and stir evenly. The dilution ratio can also be adjusted based on on-site needs. Use the diluted mixture as soon as possible.
2. Apply using a spray gun or roller brush. After applying the gypsum product release agent, wait until the mold is completely dry before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the template or mold surface thoroughly before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. After opening, ensure the container is sealed and stored properly.
5. Avoid application during rainy weather. If rain washes away the freshly applied agent, reapply before proceeding with construction.
