Usage Methods and Effects

Glass coating release agents can be applied to the mold surface through various methods such as coating, spraying, or immersion. After use, they can reduce mold damage, extend the mold's service life, and lower production costs, while also improving production efficiency and shortening the production cycle. Additionally, glass coating release agents are environmentally friendly, containing no harmful metals, volatile organic compounds, or other components that are detrimental to the environment or human health, ensuring safe and pollution-free use.

Storage and Usage Precautions

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources and corrosive substances, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Stacking should not exceed 8 layers, and boxes should be kept at least 10 cm off the ground and away from walls.

Usage: Spray evenly onto the mold from a distance of 20 cm to 30 cm. The workplace should be well-ventilated, and operators must be trained before handling the product. Smoking and spraying directly at people are strictly prohibited.

Safety Measures: Operators must wear rubber gloves and masks to avoid direct skin contact with the solution. During operation, the solution should be sealed as much as possible to reduce evaporation.
