Long-lasting Release Agent

The long-lasting release agent combines the features of similar domestic and international products. It is a viscous emulsion synthesized through advanced molecular synthesis technology using high molecular polymers and various chemically active substances, offering advantages such as fast film formation and easy stripping. This release agent is widely applicable in large cement bridge factories, highways, bridges, tracks, subway segments, cement pipe factories, high-rise building concrete aluminum formwork construction, steel formwork construction, wood formwork construction, bamboo plywood forms, resin forms, and ground molds.

Precautions for Using Long-lasting Release Agent
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate) and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted based on on-site needs. Use the diluted mixture as soon as possible.
2. Apply using a spray gun or roller brush. Allow the coated mold to dry completely before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the surface of the formwork or mold before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Seal tightly after opening.
5. Avoid construction during rain. If washed away by rain immediately after application, reapply before proceeding.
6. Packaging specification: 50KG drum.

Long-lasting release agents are divided into external and internal types. An external long-lasting release agent is a coating applied to the mold surface to facilitate easy removal of the product during molding. An ideal release agent should have good thermal and chemical stability, not corrode the mold, leave no residue on the mold surface, provide a good appearance to the product, not affect the product's color, adhesion, or paintability, minimize mold cleaning time, be non-toxic, safe, easy to handle, and cost-effective. This long-lasting release agent is mainly used for demolding polyurethane products after casting and molding, offering excellent demolding effects for most polyurethane formations. Its characteristics include using water as the dispersion phase, forming a water-soluble substance that not only enables polyurethane foam demolding but is also biodegradable, producing no harmful substances like VOCs, making it highly environmentally friendly. Additionally, water as a diluent is non-polluting, readily available, and low-cost.
