The turbine flow meter is a new generation of turbine flow meters that incorporates advanced technology from domestic and international flow instrumentation through optimized design. It features a simple and lightweight structure, high precision, excellent reproducibility, sensitive response, and ease of installation, maintenance, and use. It is widely used for measuring liquids in closed pipelines that are non-corrosive to stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3, and hard alloys, and free of fibers, particles, and other impurities, with a kinematic viscosity less than 5×10⁻⁶ m²/s at operating temperature. For liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5×10⁻⁶ m²/s, the flow meter can be calibrated with the actual liquid before use. When paired with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control and over-limit alarm functions, making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation. I. Working Principle: Fluid flows through the sensor housing. Since the blades of the impeller are at a certain angle to the flow direction, the fluid's impact imparts a rotational torque to the blades. After overcoming frictional torque and fluid resistance, the blades rotate, and the rotational speed stabilizes once torque equilibrium is achieved. Under certain conditions, the rotational speed is proportional to the flow velocity. Due to the blades' magnetic permeability, they are situated within the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of a permanent magnet and coil). The rotating blades cut the magnetic lines of force, periodically altering the magnetic flux of the coil, thereby inducing an electrical pulse signal at the coil terminals. This signal is amplified by an amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to a display instrument to show the instantaneous flow rate or total volume. Within a certain flow range, the pulse frequency f is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate Q of the fluid passing through the sensor. The flow equation is: f—pulse frequency [Hz]; k—sensor instrument coefficient [1/m³], provided by the calibration sheet. If expressed in [1/L]; Q—instantaneous flow rate of the fluid (under operating conditions) [m³/h]; 3600—conversion factor; The instrument coefficient for each sensor is provided by the manufacturer in the calibration certificate. By inputting the k value into the paired display instrument, the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total volume can be displayed.
