The NGW-S113 planetary reducer is composed of a combination of spiral bevel gear transmission and planetary gear transmission, with the input end arranged perpendicular to the output end. The high-speed stage features Gleason bevel gears, processed by Taixing Changtai Reducer Company. It is a flagship product, designed for mining machinery applications, with a thickened cast iron housing. The sun gear, planetary gears, and sun gear shaft are all made of alloy steel, specifically 20CrMoMn forgings, offering greater strength. Special heat treatments include carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding. The teeth are connected via spur gears, utilizing a planetary structure with multi-tooth engagement for high load capacity. The internal gear ring undergoes nitriding treatment for increased hardness. The entire machine uses domestically top-tier bearings and imported oil seals, ensuring a compact structure and long service life. The NGW-S113 is a three-stage planetary reducer primarily used in metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation, and general mechanical equipment. Its applicable conditions are as follows:

2. The gear circumferential speed should not exceed 13m/s.

3. The operating environment temperature ranges from -40°C to +45°C.

4. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions (forward clockwise is the preferred direction).
