Two-stage parallel shaft ZL130-31.5-1 cylindrical gear reducer

The ZL130-31.5-1 cylindrical gear reducer is a double-stage, soft-tooth-surface product. It features a high-speed shaft with double-tooth sections and a dual-input structure. The shaft teeth undergo surface quenching, resulting in high hardness grade, large load-bearing capacity, and the ability to withstand impact.

ZL gear reducer application range:

1. High-speed shaft rotation not exceeding 1500 rpm.

2. Gear transmission peripheral speed not exceeding 20 meters/second.

3. Operating ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to 45°C. If the temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting.

4. The gear reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.

It generally uses oil bath lubrication. When the thermal power is insufficient, a circulating cooling or water cooling device can be used to specifically cool the bearings and oil, extending their service life.

The ZL reducer gears are made of 45 cast steel, which is relatively simple to process. Our company uses HWL bearings and imported oil seals.
