Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions for Gear Reducers

1. The reducer uses 460# medium-duty industrial gear oil and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0~40°C.

2. After 100 hours of use, clean the inner cavity and replace it with new gear oil. Subsequently, change the oil every 2,000 hours.

3. When disassembling or assembling the reducer, avoid hammering to prevent damage to the components.

4. If oil leakage is observed at the shaft extension or connection points during use, promptly replace the skeleton oil seals and other sealing components.
