DCY560-50-IN Hardened Gear Bevel Gear Reducer for Coal Washer

DCY Hardened Gear Reducer is an externally meshed involute helical cylindrical gear reducer manufactured in accordance with the national standard JB/T9002-1999. The product is optimized in design and is suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, coal, metal processing, and woodworking.

The DCY560-50-IN Hardened Gear Bevel Gear Reducer for coal washing machines features a vertical shaft structure. The high-speed transmission stage of the reducer uses Gleason spiral bevel gears, while the subsequent two stages use involute helical cylindrical gears.

Lubrication of the reducer: Under normal conditions, the gears and bearings of the reducer are lubricated by oil splash from the oil sump and naturally cooled. Only when the operating equilibrium temperature of the reducer exceeds the specified value, or the load capacity exceeds the thermal power PG1, is circulating lubrication or oil sump lubrication with cooling tubes employed.

Installation

1. For fitting the high-speed shaft and other components, direct hammering is not allowed. Use the threaded hole at the shaft end to screw in a screw for pressing the connecting parts.

2. After installing the reducer, ensure it can be rotated by hand without jamming before test running.

3. Under no-load conditions, run for 2 hours. If abnormal noise, excessive heating, or oil leakage is observed, stop immediately and rectify the issue.

4. When installing the tension arm, try to keep it perpendicular to the line connecting its fixed point and the output shaft, with a deviation of +10°. The tension arm should be in a state of tensile stress.
