Mining NCZD630-355 Planetary Gearbox High Torque

The NCZD630-355 planetary gearbox features a three-stage transmission structure. Its main components are made of 20CrNiMo, incorporating the unique characteristics of power splitting and multi-tooth meshing. The planetary gears, sun gear, input shaft, output shaft, and internal ring gear are made of 42Cr, providing high strength, robustness, and large load capacity. It ensures smooth transmission, with an oil pump motor mounting position on one side and a lubrication device on the other. It is fixed with thick base feet, ensuring stability and sturdiness.

The NCzD series planetary reducer is an improved version based on the NGW model. The housing material has been changed to ductile iron castings, and all internal components have been thickened, significantly increasing the overall weight.

It is mainly used for speed reduction in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, and lifting transportation. The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft should not exceed 1500r/min, and the gear circumferential speed should not exceed 10m/s. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions. When the temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting. When the temperature exceeds 45°C, cooling measures should be taken.

During installation, striking with tools such as hammers is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging bearings or gears due to excessive axial or radial force. The mounting bolts must be tightened before the force bolts are secured. Before installation, clean the anti-rust oil from the motor input shaft, positioning boss, and the reducer connection area using gasoline or zinc sodium water. This ensures tight connections, smooth operation, and prevents unnecessary wear.
