ZQ1000-48.57-II Cylindrical Gear Reducer

The ZQ cylindrical gear reducer is a soft-tooth-surface product, featuring 45 cast steel gears and a robust design. It is primarily used in industries such as lifting, mining, general chemical, textile, and light industries. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions. When equipped with a backstop, the direction is determined by facing the output end.

The ZQ1000 cylindrical gear reducer offers nine transmission ratios, nine assembly configurations, and three types of low-speed shaft ends. The transmission ratios include: 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, and 8.23. The assembly configurations range from types 1 to 9, with outputs including cylindrical shaft extension (Z), C-type gear shaft extension, and F floating disc shaft extension. These can be combined into hundreds of models for various industries to choose from. Gear reducers are generally used in transmission equipment requiring low speed and high torque. Ordinary reducers use several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth between the large and small gears is the transmission ratio.

Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions for Gear Reducers

1. The reducer uses 460# medium-duty industrial gear oil and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0~40°C.

2. After 100 hours of use, the inner cavity should be cleaned and refilled with new gear oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 2,000 hours.

3. During disassembly and assembly, avoid hammering to prevent damage to the components.

4. If oil leakage is observed at the shaft extension or connection points during use, promptly replace the oil seals and other sealing components.
