DCY Hardened Gear Reducer Usage Tips:

1. After 200~300 hours of operation, change the oil. In subsequent use, regularly check the oil quality. Replace oil immediately if contaminated or deteriorated. For continuously operating reducers, change oil every 5000 hours or annually. For reducers that have been idle for a long time, change oil before restarting. Use the same brand of oil as originally specified. Do not mix different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities may be mixed;

2. When changing oil, wait until the reducer has cooled to a non-combustible state but is still warm, as fully cooled oil has increased viscosity making drainage difficult. Note: Disconnect the transmission power supply to prevent accidental energization;

3. During operation, if oil temperature rise exceeds 80°C or oil sump temperature exceeds 100°C, or abnormal noise occurs, stop use immediately. Investigate the cause, resolve the issue, and replace lubricating oil before resuming operation;

4. Users should establish reasonable usage and maintenance regulations. Record operational conditions and issues found during inspections diligently. Strictly adhere to the above regulations.
