ZQ850-31.5-1 Cylindrical Gear Reducer

The ZQ type reducer is a device used for deceleration, primarily employed in industries such as lifting, mining, general chemical, textile, and light industries. Its applicable conditions are as follows:

1. The peripheral speed of the reducer's gear transmission should not exceed 10 meters per second;

2. The rotational speed of the reducer's high-speed shaft should not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute;

3. The reducer is suitable for operation in both forward and reverse directions;

4. The operating environment temperature for the reducer ranges from -40°C to +40°C;

4. The reducer comes with nine transmission ratios, nine configuration types, and three types of low-speed shaft ends;

5. The transmission ratios for this type of reducer are: 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, 8.23.

During use, strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions to maximize the reducer's performance and extend its service life. Pay attention to these tips, and the reducer can last for ten to eight years without issues:

1. After operating for 200 to 300 hours, perform an oil change. In subsequent use, regularly check the oil quality and promptly replace oil that has been contaminated with impurities or has deteriorated. Generally, for reducers operating continuously over the long term, replace the oil every 5000 hours or annually. For reducers that have been idle for a long time, replace the oil before restarting. Use oil of the same brand as originally specified; do not mix oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities may be mixed;

2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer has cooled down to a point where there is no risk of combustion but is still warm, as the oil viscosity increases when fully cooled, making drainage difficult. Note: Disconnect the power supply to the transmission device to prevent accidental energization;

3. During operation, if the oil temperature rise exceeds 80°C or the oil sump temperature exceeds 100°C, or if abnormal noise occurs, stop using the reducer, investigate the cause, resolve the issue, and replace the lubricating oil before resuming operation;

4. Users should establish reasonable usage and maintenance regulations, diligently record the reducer's operational status and any issues identified during inspections, and strictly adhere to the above provisions.
