ZL115-12.5-4 Cylindrical Gear Reducer for Steel Pipe Mills

The ZL115 cylindrical gear reducer is a double-stage large model reducer, a soft-tooth surface product with robust gears, horizontal installation, parallel shaft structure. The gears are made of 45 cast steel, processed through rough and fine turning and rolling, with normalized tooth surfaces, offering toughness, impact resistance, high load capacity, and long service life.

The ZL115-12.5-4 gear reducer is commonly used in various steel pipe factories. 130 represents the center distance, denoted by CM, 12.5 is the transmission ratio, and 4 is the assembly type. The input shaft has double-tooth sections and can be reused repeatedly. This product is a standard model, with all dimensions identical, making it universally compatible. The housing is a cast iron component with thick walls, horizontally split top and bottom, ensuring good sealing, high torque capacity, high-quality bearings, and imported oil seals. After vacuum testing, no oil leakage occurs.

It generally uses oil bath lubrication with natural cooling. However, when the thermal power is insufficient, a circulating oil cooling system or oil-cooling/water-cooling devices can be installed to provide one-to-one lubrication for the bearings. During foot mounting, it must be installed on a solid and level foundation and secured with bolts to prevent any displacement. When connecting the input and output shafts to other shafts, misalignment must be avoided, and strict alignment is required to ensure the reducer's proper operation.
