NGW-L122-9 Vertical Planetary Gear Reducer

The vertical planetary gear reducer is installed vertically downward, with the upper part connected to the motor via flange coupling. The NGW-L122 planetary gear reducer adopts a two-stage transmission, with main components including planetary gears, internal gear rings, planet carriers, and sun gear shafts. The gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, processed through carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding, ensuring high precision and hardness. The internal gear ring is forged from 42CrMo and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, significantly enhancing its hardness. The gears are connected via spur teeth, featuring multi-tooth meshing and power分流.
