NBZD710-80 planetary gear reducer, with input and output shafts not on the same axis, featuring a parallel structure, foot-mounted fixation, hard tooth surface technology, and main components including planetary gears, internal gear ring, sun gear, and planet carrier.
The sun gear and planetary gears are made from forged alloy steel, undergoing carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes, resulting in high precision and hardness. Three planetary gears are combined with one planet carrier, utilizing spur gears and multi-tooth meshing to distribute load, offering high load-bearing capacity.
Large models of NBD planetary reducers come with brackets for mounting oil pump motors and are lubricated accordingly.

Selection method for planetary gear reducers:
1. When selecting a reducer, first meet the working conditions, such as the circumferential speed of the high-speed shaft gear, ambient temperature, and rotation direction.
2. Meet the requirements of mechanical strength, such as input shaft power (or output shaft torque), radial force on the shaft extension, and instantaneous torque. For continuously used reducers, thermal power must also be satisfied.
3. Fulfill speed requirements by selecting the closest transmission ratio based on the prime mover’s speed and the required speed of the working machinery (this refers to the actual transmission ratio of the reducer; if the actual ratio is not provided, use the nominal transmission ratio). Generally, the tolerance for level 2 is ±4%, and for level 3, it is ±5%. For special requirements, our company can arrange custom configurations.
4. Determine the reducer’s structural type, installation form, and assembly form based on the host’s requirements for installation position, boundary dimensions, connection parts, and transmission performance.
5. Select the shaft end type according to the input and output connection methods.
6. Consider ease of use and maintenance by choosing the positions of oil filling and draining ports, lubrication methods, heat dissipation, etc.
