NCD710 High-Strength Planetary Reducer for Coal Mine Winches

The NCD710 planetary reducer features a three-stage transmission structure, with main components made of 20CrNiMoA. The planetary gears, sun gear, input shaft, output shaft, and internal ring gear are made of 42Cr, ensuring high strength, robustness, and large load capacity. It operates with smooth transmission and includes an oil pump motor mounting position on one side and a lubrication device on the other. It is fixed with thick feet, ensuring stability and sturdiness.

The NCD series planetary reducer is an improved version based on the NGW model, with changes to the housing material using ductile iron castings. The internal components are all thickened, significantly increasing the overall weight.

It is mainly used for speed reduction in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, and lifting transportation. The high-speed shaft speed should not exceed 1500r/min, and the gear circumferential speed should not exceed 10m/s. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions. When the temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting. When the temperature exceeds 45°C, cooling measures should be taken.

The transmission ratios of the NCD planetary reducer include: 112  125 140 160 180 200 224 250 280 315 355 400, with hundreds of models available for selection.

During installation, it is strictly prohibited to strike with hammers or other tools to avoid damaging bearings or gears due to excessive axial or radial force. Ensure that the mounting bolts are tightened before tightening the force bolts. Before installation, clean the anti-rust oil from the motor input shaft, positioning boss, and the connection parts of the reducer using gasoline or zinc sodium water. This ensures tight connections, smooth operation, and prevents unnecessary wear.
