ZSY710-56-8 High Torque Hardened Gear Reducer

The Taixing ZSY710-56-8 high-torque hard gear surface gear reducer is a three-stage transmission. It can be matched with high-speed shafts, intermediate shafts, gear accessories, and housings of the same model from Tailong and Taixing reducers, ensuring compatibility for installation. Both the gears and pinions are integrally forged, providing greater strength and higher load capacity.

Proper installation, use, and maintenance of the reducer are crucial to ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment.

1. When installing the reducer, pay attention to aligning the transmission center axis. The error should not exceed the compensation amount of the coupling used. Good alignment can extend service life and achieve ideal transmission efficiency.
2. When installing transmission components on the output shaft, do not use a hammer to strike. Instead, use assembly fixtures and the internal threads at the shaft end, and press the transmission components in with bolts. Otherwise, internal parts of the reducer may be damaged. Avoid using rigid fixed couplings, as improper installation of such couplings can cause unnecessary external loads, leading to premature bearing damage or even output shaft fracture in severe cases.
3. The reducer should be firmly installed on a stable and level foundation or base. The oil in the drain groove should be able to drain, and cooling air circulation should be smooth. An unreliable foundation can cause vibration and noise during operation, damaging bearings and gears. When transmission components have protrusions or when using gear or sprocket drives, consider adding protective devices. If the output shaft is subjected to significant radial loads, use a reinforced type.
4. Ensure that the installation arrangement allows personnel easy access to the oil gauge, vent plug, and drain plug. After installation, comprehensively check the accuracy of the installation position and the reliability of all fasteners in sequence. The reducer should rotate freely after installation. The reducer uses oil splash lubrication from the oil sump. Before operation, the user must remove the screw plug from the vent hole and replace it with a vent plug. Depending on the installation position, open the oil level screw plug to check the height of the oil level. Add oil from the oil level plug until lubricant overflows from the screw hole, then tighten the oil level plug. After confirming everything is correct, proceed with a no-load test run for at least 2 hours. Operation should be smooth, without impact, vibration, noise, or oil leakage. Any abnormalities should be addressed promptly.
