QJS-D560-63-IIC Crane Gear Reducer

The QJS-D560-63-IIC crane gear reducer is a medium-hard tooth surface product, widely used in various lifting equipment at ports, shipyard lifting equipment, steel plants, and other heavy-duty applications. It can withstand sudden stops and starts, strong overload capacity, and impact resistance.

Generally used for low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment. Ordinary reducers also use several pairs of gears based on the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth between the large and small gears is the transmission ratio

Structure:

Three-stage transmission, parallel shaft structure, output shaft can be cylindrical shaft extension, spline, or C-type gear type. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions. When thermal power is insufficient, a circulating oil cooling device can be added.

Precautions:

After 200~300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. In subsequent use, the oil quality should be checked regularly. Oil contaminated with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced promptly. Generally, for reducers operating continuously for long periods, replace the oil every 5,000 hours or annually. For reducers that have been idle for a long time, replace the oil before restarting. The reducer should be filled with oil of the same brand as originally used. Do not mix oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities may be mixed.
