DCY400-31.5-IIIS Hardened Gear Reducer for Coal Washer

Hardened gear reducers are divided into parallel shaft and vertical shaft structures. The DCY reducer adopts a vertical shaft structure, with the high-speed stage utilizing Gleason spiral bevel gears and the subsequent two stages employing involute helical cylindrical gears.

After the initial operation of 300-600 hours, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced. Subsequently, the oil should be changed every 1500-5000 hours of operation, depending primarily on the working environment. However, the interval must not exceed 12 months. During oil changes, contaminants inside the housing should be cleaned.
