The ZS110-90-III cylindrical gear reducer is a three-stage transmission soft-tooth-surface reducer, with 110 as the center distance, 90 as the reduction ratio, and III as the third assembly type. The gears are made of 45 cast steel, with thick teeth and sturdy construction. The gear shafts undergo quenching and tempering treatment, resulting in high hardness, large load capacity, smooth transmission, and long service life. The housing has thick walls, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and is robust with thick feet and bolted fixation, making it more durable. The ZS reducer is generally used for low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment. It reduces speed by meshing the small gear on the input shaft of the reducer (driven by a motor, internal combustion engine, or other high-speed power sources) with the large gear on the output shaft. Ordinary reducers also use several pairs of gears based on the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth between the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. The reducer should be firmly installed on a stable and horizontal foundation or base, with the oil in the drain groove able to be discharged and cooling air circulating smoothly. An unreliable foundation can cause vibration and noise during operation and damage bearings and gears. Before use, conduct a no-load test run for no less than 2 hours. The operation should be smooth, without impact, vibration, noise, or oil leakage. Any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
