ZLYJ315-14-1 Hardened Gear Reducer for Plastic Machinery

The ZLYJ series high-strength hardened gear reducers are specialized reducers for plastic extruders, featuring transmission components with thrust seats. The product complies with all technical specifications stipulated in JB/T9050.1-1999. Its characteristics include gears and shafts made of high-strength alloy steel, with gears processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding techniques. The gear accuracy meets GB10095-2001 standards, with a gear hardness of HRC54-62. An oversized thrust bearing is configured at the front end of the hollow shaft to withstand the back pressure of the screw. Key standard components such as bearings and oil seals use high-quality domestic products, but imported products can also be installed according to user requirements. The entire unit features compact size, high load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency, ensuring high product reliability.

The ZLYJ315-14-1 hardened gear reducer has a transmission ratio of 14 and an assembly type of 1, forming the complete model. Scope of Application:

1. The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft should not exceed 1500 rpm;
2. The operating ambient temperature ranges from 0-35°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, heating or cooling devices can be configured according to user requirements.

Installation Notes:

1. The input shaft axis and output shaft axis of the reducer, as well as the axes of the connected parts, must be coaxial, with an error not exceeding the allowable value of the coupling used.
2. After installation, the required lubricating oil must be injected into the oil sump of the housing, with the oil level maintained between the upper and lower limit marks on the oil gauge.
3. Before formal use, the reducer must be manually rotated to ensure smooth operation without any jamming. Then, conduct a no-load test run for at least 2 hours. The operation should be stable, free from impact, vibration, noise, or oil leakage. Any malfunctions should be promptly addressed.
4. For new reducers, after 20 days of operation, the lubricating oil must be replaced. In subsequent use, regularly inspect the oil quality. If the oil is contaminated with impurities or has deteriorated, it must be replaced immediately. Additionally, frequently check the oil level height and replenish it promptly if it falls below the specified level. For reducers operating continuously over long periods, the oil must be changed every three months. For reducers used no more than eight hours daily, the oil should be changed every six months.
