Taixing Reducer ZLY450-12.5-9 Hardened Gear Surface Cylindrical Gear Reducer can be used in forging machinery, cold rolling equipment, seamless steel tube plants, metallurgy, cement, coal industry, and other heavy machinery. The ZLY450 hardened gear surface reducer is a two-stage transmission. The main components inside the housing include the high-speed shaft, intermediate shaft, pinion, large gear, and output shaft. The main components are made of 20CrMoMn alloy steel forgings, offering high strength. After hardened gear surface processing, the precision reaches grade 6, and the hardness is about 58HRC. Using computer modification technology, the gears are pre-modified, greatly enhancing the reducer's load capacity. It is sturdy, durable, wear-resistant, with high load capacity, high-quality bearings, reduced noise, firm installation, smooth transmission, and low vibration.The modular design principle significantly reduces the types of parts and inventory.

Usage Precautions:

1. After running for 200~300 hours, the first oil change should be performed. In subsequent use, the oil quality should be checked regularly. Oil that has been contaminated with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced promptly. Generally, for reducers operating continuously for long periods, change the oil every 5,000 hours of operation or once a year. For reducers that have been idle for a long time, replace the oil before restarting. The reducer should be filled with oil of the same brand as originally used; do not mix oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities may be mixed.

2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer has cooled down to a point where there is no risk of combustion, but it should still be warm, as the oil viscosity increases when completely cooled, making drainage difficult. Note: Cut off the power to the transmission device to prevent accidental energization.

3. During operation, if the oil temperature rise exceeds 80°C or the oil sump temperature exceeds 100°C, or if abnormal noise occurs, stop using the reducer, investigate the cause, resolve the fault, and only continue operation after replacing the lubricating oil.

4. Users should have reasonable usage and maintenance regulations. The operating conditions of the reducer and any issues found during inspections should be recorded carefully. The above regulations must be strictly followed.
