MBY710-5.6-4 Hardened Gear Surface Reducer for Mill in Coal Mining Industry

The MBY710-5.6-4 is a gearbox for single-stage mills, featuring hard tooth surface technology, integrally forged gears, processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding. It offers high hardness, high precision, strong load-bearing capacity, and a long service life.

The MBY710 hard tooth surface reducer can also be referred to as TMBY710 or JDX710, as designations may vary among manufacturers.

The reducer adopts a sound-absorbing housing structure, a large housing surface area, and a cooling system, which reduce the overall temperature rise and noise while increasing the transmission power. Transmission bearings are equipped with high-quality domestic bearings, and seals use Taiwan NAK skeleton oil seals. Internal spiral bevel gears and helical gears are made of alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with tooth surface hardness up to 60±2 HRC and grinding precision as high as grade 5-6, ensuring product reliability. The gearbox input methods include motor connection flanges and shaft input. The output shaft can be oriented vertically or horizontally, with options for solid or hollow shafts (or custom-made): hollow shafts with expansion disc connections, hollow shafts with spline connections, solid shafts with spline connections, and flanged output shafts, allowing the gearbox to meet installation requirements in confined spaces. Custom orders are also available based on customer needs.
