CY-600 Offline PCBA Cleaning Machine

I. Equipment Introduction

A PCB flux cleaning equipment designed for small to medium production capacities. Featuring a typical batch cleaning process, the CY600 completes the entire process of cleaning, rinsing, and drying within a single cleaning chamber. It enhances cleaning quality, meets the cleaning requirements for various types of PCB boards, utilizes industry-standard cleaning processes, and ensures cleanliness and environmental protection.

The machine consists of a cleaning system, rinsing system, drying system, and filtration system. Powered by electricity and compressed air, the PCB boards are manually placed into the cleaning chamber. After setting the cleaning, rinsing, drying, and other relevant parameters on the touchscreen, clicking start initiates the automatic cleaning, rinsing, and drying of the PCB boards. Upon completion of the set cleaning process, the machine automatically stops and resets for the next workflow. This machine greatly facilitates operators in cleaning PCB boards, significantly improving production efficiency and quality. It is a new, high-performance fully automatic cleaning device. The equipment uses environmentally friendly water-based liquids or DI water as cleaning agents, causing no harm and posing no risk to personnel.

III. Process Flow:

Place PCB board → Set parameters → Heat diluted solution → Pump diluted solution to spray tank → Clean → Recover diluted solution → Rinse → Hot air drying

IV. Equipment Performance Features:

1. Operating system:

The entire system is controlled by PLC with touchscreen operation, facilitating adjustment, storage, query of various parameters, and records.

After training, operators can quickly master software programming and清洗工艺流程 operation, rapidly editing and storing multiple cleaning programs: solvent temperature setting, cleaning time setting, rinse time/frequency setting, drying time/temperature setting, conductivity monitoring, etc.

2. Spray pump system:

5.5KW high-power stainless steel horizontal spray pump, spray pressure up to 60-80 PSI, adjustable as needed to clean PCB surfaces and component bottom contaminants, meeting lead-free soldering high-pressure spray cleaning requirements.

3. Innovative spray system with科学合理 nozzle arrangement, better suited to actual清洗工艺 requirements:

3.1 Nozzles installed horizontally, 360-degree rotation for even spraying.

3.2 Two sets of pressure喷射 systems, top and bottom, each with 12 nozzles, totaling 48 nozzles; ensuring sufficient liquid flow and eliminating cleaning dead zones.

3.3 Nozzles distributed in a gradually increasing pattern left and right, greatly enhancing cleaning capability and efficiency.

3.4 Nozzles staggered top and bottom (asymmetric) to eliminate blind spots.

3.5 Spray system equipped with pressure gauge for easy adjustment of spray pressure.

4. Solvent automatic proportioning system

Utilizes the advanced German DOSATRON automatic proportioning system, which automatically mixes solvent concentrate and DI water according to the required ratio. The dilution ratio typically ranges from 5% to 20%.


 

 

6. Built-in循环 filtration system

The精密循环 filtration system effectively filters out particulate impurities like solder balls and dust剥离 from PCB boards during cleaning, maintaining the cleaning power and extending the lifespan of the recycled清洗液, reducing operating costs.

7. Built-in cleanliness detection device

After the machine automatically enters the rinse cycle, it monitors the rinse water status in real-time until the PCB boards reach the preset cleanliness, enhancing the continuity of the cleaning process.

8. Solvent recovery function:
