Measurement Principle:
The thermal gas mass flow meter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. This instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure gases. It features compact size, high digitalization, easy installation, and accurate measurement.
Functional Features:
ØA true mass flow meter that requires no temperature or pressure compensation for gas flow measurement, offering convenient and accurate measurement. It can obtain the mass flow rate or standard volumetric flow rate of the gas.
ØWide range ratio, capable of measuring gas flow velocities as high as 100 Nm/s and as low as 0.1 Nm/s, suitable for gas leak detection.
ØExcellent shock resistance and long service life. The sensor has no moving parts or pressure sensing components, ensuring measurement accuracy is unaffected by vibration.
ØSimple installation and maintenance. Under suitable field conditions, installation and maintenance can be performed without stopping production (requires special customization).
ØDigital design. Fully digital circuit measurement ensures accurate measurement and convenient maintenance.
ØEquipped with RS-485 communication or HART communication, enabling factory automation and integration.
