The machine features self-learning capability, allowing statistical processing of previous straightening data. It automatically retrieves correction values based on the workpiece's bending degree for rapid straightening.

During the straightening process, bend measurement, positioning of straightening points, pressure application, and effect verification are fully automated.

Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece, the straightening sequence for each measurement point can be freely set without being limited to correcting the highest point each time.

After automatic straightening is completed, the machine determines whether the workpiece meets tolerance requirements and provides light indicators and audible signals.
