The fully automatic straightening machine uses sensors or laser sensors to automatically detect the bending deformation of the workpiece and controls the pressing head to complete the straightening process. Efficiency is related to factors such as the length of the workpiece, initial bending degree, and precision requirements.

Equipped with a database system, it can store workpiece parameters to meet user production needs, while also recording, storing, and exporting straightening process data in Excel format.

The device features automatic compensation for wear on the pressing head and supports, ensuring that production efficiency is not reduced due to tooling wear. It is equipped with specialized straightening algorithms for rapid straightening of large bends, small bends, and S-bends.

Configured with a continuous point straightening function, it enables one-time measurement and multiple point pressing for straightening, improving efficiency.

The machine has a self-learning function, allowing it to statistically process previous straightening data. It automatically adjusts the correction amount based on the degree of workpiece bending for rapid straightening.

During the straightening process, the measurement of workpiece bending, positioning of straightening points, pressing straightening of the workpiece, and the straightening effect are all automatically completed by the fully automatic straightening machine.

Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece being straightened, the straightening sequence of each measurement point can be freely set, without being limited to straightening the highest point each time.

After the automatic straightening process is completed, the machine can automatically determine whether the workpiece meets tolerance requirements and provides light indicators and sound signals.
