AC blowing agent

Overview   Foaming agent AC is a foaming agent with high gas generation, superior performance, and wide application. It is used in synthetic materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, ABS, and various rubbers. It is widely used in the foaming of slippers, soles, insoles, plastic wallpapers, ceilings, floor leather, artificial leather, thermal insulation, and soundproof materials. Foaming agent AC features stable performance, non-flammability, non-polluting, non-toxic and odorless, non-corrosive to molds, non-staining to products, adjustable decomposition temperature, and no impact on curing and molding speed. This product can be used for both atmospheric pressure foaming and pressure foaming, achieving uniform foaming and ideal fine pore structure.

Usage   1. Under normal conditions, an appropriate amount of activator should be added according to the product performance to adjust the decomposition temperature. The amount of activator should be determined through testing based on the type of activator, the quality of AC, and the product performance.
2. The amount of AC foaming agent also depends on the product performance. Generally, it ranges from 0.1 to 30 parts. For example, about 5 parts for light polymers, about 15-25 parts for pressed foam sponges and soft/hard sponges, and about 0.1 part for polyethylene metal wires.
Storage and Transportation: Store in a ventilated, cool, and dry place. Packaging: Kraft composite bags, 25 kg per bag.
For processing sponge rubber products, generally use 1-20 parts, depending on the product performance. The vulcanization conditions for molded products should be determined through small-scale compatibility tests.
Pilot and batch tests must be conducted. The final modified formulation ensures full vulcanization of the rubber. Generally, after shaping, it should be left for a period before use.
