　　The company's safe demonstration project for continuous flow intermediates of high-efficiency, low-toxicity insecticides has a total investment of 1,003.86 million yuan and covers an area of 217,523 square meters. It was successfully approved as a key project in Shandong Province in 2019. The project addresses hazardous processes involved in the production of high-end fine chemical products such as traditional pesticides and pharmaceuticals. It employs inherently safe continuous flow equipment and processes, along with modular plants, for technological upgrades. Through unique channel structures, it achieves green synthesis and inherently safe production of products, improves production efficiency, reduces waste emissions, and fundamentally transforms the high-risk, high-pollution, and high-consumption situation commonly faced by the domestic traditional fine chemical industry.

　　Upon completion, this project will serve as a practical application demonstration base for continuous flow technology in China. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of Shandong's fine chemical industry, particularly the pesticide and pharmaceutical chemical sectors, toward low energy consumption, high environmental protection, and inherent safety. It will provide a reference model for accelerating the safe production of hazardous chemicals through continuous flow reaction equipment in China and drive the safe and green transformation and upgrading of the fine chemical industry.
