1: DFR25 is the lightweight model in the UFTrak DFR roller guide series, the most popular and widely used specification in the DFR roller guide range;

2: Split slider design with two independent roller blocks, all roller bearings are concentric rollers;

Unlike DFE's eccentric shaft preload adjustment method, DFR adjusts preload by using set screws to adjust the floating end bearing block;

The two independent roller blocks on the fixture plate have one end fixed and the other end with slight adjustability;

Fine-tune the preload gap with set screws to achieve thrust and rigidity adjustments, with the slider adjusted to zero clearance before leaving the factory;

3: All bearing surfaces of the slider have high load capacity, and all roller cores have high torque load capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, permanently sealed and lubricated, and equipped with mass-production standard V-guides;

5: Easy to install, optional dust-proof hole plugs;

6: Low noise;

7: Can be used without lubrication;

8: Single rail length up to 4 meters;

9: Mounting threaded hole pitch: 30mm.

10: Default shipping standard: High-precision bearing steel surface with fine-ground bright finish;
