Product Features:

1: DFR20 is the lightweight product in the UFTrak DFR roller guide series, the most common specification in the DFR roller guide specifications;

2: Split slider design with two independent roller blocks, all roller bearings are concentric rollers;

Unlike DFE's eccentric shaft adjustment preload method, DFR achieves preload adjustment by adjusting the floating end bearing block with set screws;

The two independent roller blocks on the fixture plate, one end is fixed, and the other end has a slight adjustment range;

Fine-tune the preload gap with set screws to achieve thrust and rigidity adjustment, the slider is adjusted to zero clearance state before leaving the factory;

3: All load-bearing surfaces of the slider have high load capacity, all roller cores have high torque load capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, sealed and lubricated for life, and equipped with mass production standard V-guides;

5: Easy to install, optional dust-proof hole plugs;

6: Low noise;

7: Can be used without lubrication;

8: Single rail length up to 4 meters;

9: Installation threaded hole pitch: 30mm.

10: Default shipping standard: High precision bearing steel surface with natural fine grinding and bright finish;
