1: The DFE45 is the heavy-load model in the UFTrak DFE roller guide series and the largest specification in mass production, offering a payload capacity of over 80KG per single slider. It represents the heavy-load, high-rigidity, and high-load-capacity specifications within the DFE roller guide series;

2: Slider preload and clearance adjustment method: A combination of concentric roller bearings and eccentric roller bearings, allowing adjustment of thrust and rigidity by adjusting the eccentric roller bearings. The slider is adjusted to zero clearance before leaving the factory;

3: All bearing surfaces of the slider have high load capacity, and all roller axles have high torque load capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, permanently sealed and lubricated, and equipped with mass-production standard V-guides;

5: Easy to install, with optional dust-proof hole plugs;
