1: DFE20 is the lightweight product in the UFTrak DFE roller guide series, the most versatile specification in the DFE roller guide specifications;

2: Slider preload and clearance adjustment method: A combination of concentric roller bearings and eccentric roller bearings, allowing adjustment of thrust and rigidity by adjusting the eccentric roller bearings. The slider is adjusted to zero clearance state before leaving the factory;

3: All bearing surfaces of the slide have high load capacity, and all roller axles have high torque load capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, permanently sealed and lubricated, and equipped with mass-production standard V-guides;

5: Easy to install, optional dust-proof hole plugs;

6: Low noise;

7: Can be used without lubrication;

8: Maximum length of a single rail: 4000mm;

9: Installation threaded hole pitch: 30mm.

10: Default shipping standard: High-precision bearing steel surface with natural color fine-ground bright finish;
