Product Features:

1: DFR15P/DFR20P/DFR25P/DFR30P/DFR35P/DFR45P are combined application solutions in the UFTrak DFR roller guide series, suitable for dual-track combination schemes and high-rigidity linear module solutions;

Track installation method: horizontal installation, with the guide rail and roller contacting on one side, and the roller in contact with the outer guiding surface of the guide rail. The module offers ample internal space, facilitating the installation of moving magnet plates and structural components;

The guide rail and guide wheel have a generous installation tolerance, reducing the precision requirements for the installation reference surface and saving time and effort in assembly;

2: Slider preload and clearance adjustment method: a separated single-edge guide wheel assembly, with one side as the fixed end and the other as the floating adjustment end. By adjusting the floating end guide wheel assembly, preload thrust and rigidity can be adjusted. The slider is adjusted to a zero-clearance state before leaving the factory;

3: All bearing surfaces of the sliding seat have high load capacity, and all roller axles have high torque-bearing capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, sealed and lubricated for life, and equipped with mass-production standard V-shaped guide rails;

5: Easy to install, with optional dust-proof hole plugs;

6: Low noise;

7: Can be used without lubrication;

8: Maximum length of a single track: 4000mm;

9: High-strength aluminum alloy base specifications include: 150mm, 170mm, 180mm, 210mm, 235mm, 270mm.

10: Default shipping standard for tracks: high-precision bearing steel surface with natural finish precision grinding and bright treatment; (optional secondary surface treatments: white chrome plating/black chrome plating/surface powder coating)

11: High-strength aluminum alloy base surface treatments available: natural oxidation, black oxidation, and custom colors.
