1: The DFR45 is the heavy-load model in the UFTrak DFR roller guide series and the largest specification in mass production, offering a payload capacity of over 80 kg per single slider. It represents the heavy-load, high-rigidity, and high-load-capacity specifications within the DFR roller guide series.

2: Split slider design with two independent roller blocks, all roller bearings are concentric rollers;

Unlike the DFE's eccentric shaft adjustment for preload, the DFR achieves preload adjustment by adjusting the floating end bearing block with set screws;

The two independent roller blocks on the fixture plate have one end fixed and the other end with slight adjustability;

Fine-tuning the preload gap with set screws allows for thrust and rigidity adjustments, with the slider adjusted to zero gap before leaving the factory;

3: All bearing surfaces of the slider have high load capacity, and all roller axles have high torque load capacity;

4: Double-row angular contact thrust ball rollers, permanently sealed and lubricated, and equipped with mass-production-grade standard V-guides;

5: Easy to install, with optional dust-proof hole plugs;

6: Low noise;

7: Can be used without lubrication;

8: Single rail length can reach up to 4 meters;

9: Mounting threaded hole pitch: 52.5 mm.
