AT-200 Laser Alignment Instrument

Technical features of the new Fixturlaser AT200 laser alignment system from Swedish ACOEM:

1. Horizontal mechanical shaft alignment: Suitable for common shaft alignment applications, such as aligning gearboxes and motors in fans, or motors and pumps. Bluetooth transmission is available between the probe and the main unit.

2. Three-point method: Starting from any position, simply rotate the shaft to three positions with 45° intervals (too small an angle may compromise accuracy) to read data and determine the machine's position. Ideal for confined spaces or rapid inspections. All relevant information is quickly displayed on the screen. Quick mode automatically records readings.

3. Thermal expansion preset program: For equipment operating at high temperatures, alignment performed during cooling without considering thermal expansion may result in new misalignment during operation. By inputting thermal expansion compensation values (angular and parallel deviations) into the instrument during the cold state, correct shim values and adjustment amounts can be calculated for cold-state adjustments, ensuring optimal performance during hot operation. In the wind power industry, this can be applied to preset the required allowances before the entire unit leaves the factory.

4. Soft foot detection: When adjusting foundation bolts is restricted, the system can reselect other unrestricted bolts for adjustment and provide adjustment values.

5. Repeatability test: Checks the repeatability of the laser in the field environment, allowing selection and adjustment of anti-interference parameters.

6. Detector value display: Dynamically displays measured values.
