Proper use of explosion-proof LED lights is crucial, and these details are important.
1. Intermittent operation of the light is recommended; avoid continuous 24-hour operation as prolonged use causes the temperature to rise gradually, which shortens the lamp's lifespan.
2. The ambient temperature for LED explosion-proof lights should not exceed 60°C. Temperatures above 60°C may reduce the lifespan by two-thirds.
3. Regularly start the light during normal use.
4. Check the transparent parts for signs of impact and the protective net for looseness, desoldering, corrosion, etc. If any issues are found, stop using the light and repair or replace it promptly.
5. Regularly clean dust and debris from the lamp housing (accumulated dust can block heat dissipation, leading to overheating). Good heat dissipation is essential for extending the LED's lifespan.
6. Avoid frequent switching of the light, as the current during startup is higher than during normal operation, causing rapid temperature rise and accelerated degradation, significantly reducing its lifespan.
7. Regularly check the voltage of the explosion-proof LED light circuit. If the voltage is unstable, perform line maintenance and inspection.
8. Replace damaged light sources promptly to prevent electrical components like ballasts from operating abnormally due to failure to start.
9. When opening the lamp cover, follow the warning instructions: cut off the power before opening. After opening, check the flameproof joint surface for integrity, the rubber seal for deformation, the insulation layer of wires for green or carbonization, and insulation parts and electrical components for deformation or scorching. If any issues are found, repair or replace them promptly.
10. Regularly clean dust and dirt from the lamp housing and tube. If moisture is present in the lamp cavity due to humid conditions, clean it promptly to prevent rust, damage, or short circuits over time.
