1.5 Product's Intrinsically Safe Power Supply:
The KL8LM(A) mining intrinsically safe miner's lamp power supply uses a 3.7V/8Ah lithium manganese oxide ion battery. A protection board (including lithium battery protection IC and one-time glass fuse) is串联 connected at the battery output terminal to form the intrinsically safe protection circuit. After long-pressing the video switch button for 10s, the camera starts working and stores in real-time to the built-in 16G memory card (TF card expandable to 64G), while automatically uploading to the host computer.

Short-pressing the video switch button once captures a photo, storing it in real-time to the built-in 16G memory card (TF card expandable to 64G), while automatically uploading to the host computer.

4.1 General Operation Methods
a) During initial use, ensure the battery is fully charged. After long-term storage, the battery discharge protection may have no output, so the miner's lamp not working before charging is normal.
b) Pressing the switch button on the lamp head controls the turning on/off of the main and auxiliary light sources inside the lamp head.
4.2 Power-on Operation Method
After turning on the main light source of the lamp head, long-press the power button on the battery compartment cover. Release the power button when the power indicator light next to the button lights up. After a period (approx. 50s), the device indicates it is powered on and ready for use.
4.3 Video Recording Function
After the miner's lamp main light source is turned on, long-press the video button until "start recording" is heard, indicating recording has begun; then long-press the video button again until "recording ended" is heard, indicating recording has stopped.
4.4 Photo Capture Function
After the miner's lamp main light source is turned on, pressing the photo capture button successfully takes a photo.
4.5 Group Call Function
After the miner's lamp main light source is turned on, pressing the group call button allows communication with personnel within the group.
4.6 Emergency求救 Function
After the miner's lamp main light source is turned on, pressing the emergency求救 button and hearing the emergency求救 voice prompt indicates求救 was successful.
4.7 Wireless Upload Function Operation Method
Open the miner's lamp startup program; as long as the miner's lamp is within the coverage of the配套 wireless signal, video and audio files will be automatically uploaded.
4.8 Charging
1) The charging rack should comply with MT68-2002 "Miner's Lamp Charging Rack" regulations. When charging, first turn off the light source, place the miner's lamp on the charging rack, insert the lamp head's charging socket into the charging rack's charging plug, and rotate clockwise 180° until fixed. The miner's lamp has a built-in intrinsically safe charging management module. The charging rack output charging voltage should be 5-7V, charging current should be ≥750mA, limited voltage charging voltage: 5.2±0.2V.
2) When charging the miner's lamp, the indicator light inside the lamp head shows red, indicating normal charging. When charging is complete, the red light turns off and the green light stays on. Normal charging time is 8-10h.
