Product Description and Application

MT-501 is a solid chemical agent with self-catalytic properties, capable of rapidly decomposing ammonia nitrogen in water. It is widely applicable for treating wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen and represents a novel wastewater treatment chemical.

MT-501 demonstrates significant effectiveness in removing ammonia nitrogen. It can be directly dosed at the discharge point, achieving a removal rate of up to 100%. It is suitable for treating wastewater with low to medium concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, with a theoretical dosage approximately 15 times the ammonia nitrogen content.

Dosing and Usage Requirements

To achieve optimal results, a beaker test should be conducted prior to use to determine the dosage.

Experimental procedure: First, take a certain amount of ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater (directly from the discharge water), adjust the pH to neutral, then divide into several portions and add different quantities of MT-501. After stirring for 5 minutes, measure the residual ammonia nitrogen content to determine the dosage of MT-501.

Packaging Specifications

The solid is packaged in double-layer kraft paper bags (lined with plastic film), with a conventional packaging of 25KG/bag.
