Product Description and Usage

MT-101 is a high molecular inorganic compound with strong chelating ability. Within a specific pH range, MT-101 can seize heavy metals from complexes, forming stable insoluble precipitates.

MT-101 exhibits a far stronger chelating capacity for heavy metals such as copper and zinc compared to chelating agents like EDTA, citric acid, and tartaric acid. Therefore, it is widely applicable in the treatment of electroplating wastewater and serves as a novel agent for electroplating wastewater treatment.

Dosage and Usage Requirements

To achieve optimal results, a beaker test should be conducted prior to use to determine the dosage.

For copper-exceeding wastewater: First adjust the wastewater pH to alkaline, divide into several portions and add different amounts of MT-101 respectively. After thorough mixing, add coagulant and flocculant. Allow to settle for a period, then take the supernatant to measure copper content and determine the dosage of MT-101.

For zinc-exceeding wastewater: First adjust the wastewater pH to neutral or alkaline, divide into several portions and add different amounts of MT-101 respectively. After thorough mixing, adjust the pH to alkaline, then add coagulant and flocculant. Allow to settle for a period, then take the supernatant to measure zinc content and determine the dosage of MT-101.

For other heavy metal-exceeding wastewater: It is recommended to conduct orthogonal experiments to determine the dosage of MT-101.

Packaging Specifications

Solid is packaged in double-layer kraft paper bags (lined with plastic film), with conventional packaging being 25KG/bag.
